The Ozaukee Chapter of Great Lakes Fishermen was formed to protect and improve upon the World Class Lake Michigan Trout and Salmon fishery. The club has over 200 active members.

GLSFC-OZ is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) organization recognized for tax - deductable giving by the IRS. The club's annual projects include a Big Brothers / Big Sisters fishing outing, support of the Disabled Veterans Fishing Outing and annual fish hatchery equipment donations. Also; an annual fishing contest for members only, with awards.
